Study Human Factors And Understand Yourself
Founded in 1968 in CYRC by the Ministry of Education of the Province of Quebec, CQFA offers a three-year diploma program in aviation for airline, bush, and helicopter pilots.
It's Continuing Education Department located in CYUL offers 52 different on-demand courses to the Canadian and international industry. Mandated by Transport Canada Standards Division in 1989 to create the National Approved Check Pilot Training Program, we have been training ACPs ever since, which makes the CQFA ACP Course the oldest in Canada.
CQFA was also the first Canadian aviation college to offer web-based eLearning and today its courses are sold around the world, in English and French, and cover a wide range of topics, from Surface Contamination to UAV Flying, and of course, the Approved Check Pilot Course.
The Approved Check Pilot Course is offered monthly Live, online and pilots seeking initial ACP delegation come to our Montreal-Trudeau International Airport Training Center for one day.
